Tired of the BiaS

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to my country is the blatant and unchallenged bias in the media. During the eight years of the Bush administration we were constantly seeing every little thing he did or said scrutinized with a fine toothed comb. Liberal journalists would literally salivate every time Bush stumbled over a word or meshed phrases together. The videos can be found in the blink of an eye simply by typing "George Bush" into any internet search engine. Yet, in the short time Obama has been in office they have become silent as far as anything that would make the messiah look dumb or foolish. For example, no one is talking about the fact that during a teleprompter glitch (which is enough to Obama's ability to function at the podium) he gave a speech meant to be from the Irish Prime Minister and even concluded by thanking himself. Then there is the fact that Obama sent a letter to French President Nicolas SARKOZY, and referred to him as Jacques Chirac, which was the name of France's last president. And of course there is the somewhat buzzed about remark Obama made on the tonight show where he said of his poor bowling skills, "it was like the Special Olympics or something."

Now I realize he didn't mean anything harmful by it, but what I'm getting at here is the fact that we are not seeing these things plastered all over the news like we would have if President Bush had been the one to do and say them. And the reason is obvious. The Libs of the media have their messiah in the White House and they refuse to do anything to make him or his administration look bad. They had no problem getting hyped up over even the slightest mistakes that Bush made, but now they won't even touch the big and the blatant where Barack is concerned. It's utterly ridiculous and speaks wonders to the lack of quality, unbiased journalists that we have in this country.

For eight years I heard Bush referred to numerous times as a Fascist. By definition Fascism consists of suppression of opposition and criticism. That is exactly what we have happening here. If Bush were a fascist you never would have seen all of the bloopers and blunders. They would have been suppressed and forgotten, as the media is already doing with anything that will make Obama look bad. But we know better my friends. We can see through the smoke and mirrors. We won't be taken in by the morons in the newsrooms. And, when these bailouts and stimulus packages prove to be failures, there will be nothing the media can do to hide Obama or protect him from the anger of America's citizens. We will have our day. It will take only patience. When our day comes, and the toxic, un-American socialist ideology is met with failure, we the people, the real Americans will be there to look them in the eye and say, "We told you so."

Stay Conservative, and keep looking Forward
