Last week the US Justice Department dismissed the case against the new Black Panther Party for voter intimidation in Philadelphia during the 2008 Presidential election. It was an obvious open and shut case, but it was dismissed nonetheless. Now, a former Justice Dep. official that was working on the case, and who resigned after it was dismissed, is alleging that people upstairs have directed those in the DOJ not to bring forth civil rights cases in which the defendant is black, and the victim is white. I don't care what the "reason" was, the fact that this case was dismissed (according to the DOJ it was because of a lack of evidence) is a clear indication of rampant corruption in our government. A case like this, where the evidence is caught on video tape, where there are several witnesses saying the two men were intimidating certain voters and making threatening remarks, and yet it is dismissed on a "lack of evidence" is an unmistakable and irrefutable example of extensive, high reaching corruption. People need to see and hear this stuff. Since the mainstream media refuses to cover it, I will. I may not reach many people, but at least I'm doing what is right. Examine the evidence, and see for yourselves.

Just aside note, there was a clip on Glenn Beck's tv show this evening in which the president(or whatever his official title is)of the New Black Panther party accuses Fox News of "baseless" and "racist" reporting as it pertains to this story. Fox News is the ONLY media outlet covering this story, and they are doing so because it's a big damn deal. You know damn well if the KKK or any other white group had done this, and the case was dismissed (under a Republican administration) the story would trump BP, Lindsay Lohan, and everything else. Give me a damn break. Thanks to Glenn and Fox for bringing this to America's attention.
